Kahnawake Emergency Relief Fund receives $3 Million from Mohawk Online

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) and Mohawk Online Limited (MOL) are pleased to announce that the Kahnaw�:ke Economic Relief Measures Fund (KERM) will be receiving a significant boost to help in the efforts to assist the community during this challenging time. MOL has declared an emergency dividend to MCK in the amount of $3 Million�all of which will be directed to the KERM.

The $3M amount is in addition to the $1M emergency dividend MOL declared in April 2020, which was also used for the purposes of the KERM.

MOL, operator of the Sports Interaction e-gaming brand, was established by the MCK to provide socio-economic benefits to the community of Kahnaw�:ke. The declaration of this dividend is perfectly aligned with the MOL�s mandate to provide socio-economic benefits to the community of Kahnaw�:ke, particularly during a time of urgent need.

Prior to declaring the emergency dividend, MOL received legal and financial advice to ensure the dividend would not adversely affect the company�s solvency and MOL would remain a going concern.
