Call for Tenders for Multi-Dwellings Renovation Project

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke�s Housing Unit wishes to advise Contractors that it is accepting submissions for the renovation of the Multi-Dwelling Apartment 6B:

• The reparations will require several trades, grouped under guidance and responsibility of the general Contractor (to be determined by the result of this tender)
• The expected result must meet or exceed the Code of Construction (latest edition) in relation, but not limited to, safety, security, means of egress and all other state-of-the-art practices
• Scope of work includes the complete upgrade of the interior of the 1,200 square foot apartment, including windows, doors, select siding, gutters and downspouts

Tender packages may be picked up starting on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Housing Unit Office, located inside the Kahnaw�:ke Services Complex. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, Bidders must call the Housing Unit to arrange for pick-up of the Tender package.

Bidders must submit the Bidding Form and all other documents before 10am on February 8, 2021, at the time and place stated in the Bidding document � where the bids will be opened publicly.

To be eligible for bidding, the Contractor must meet all conditions and clauses prescribed in the package. Submissions must be provided on the Official Form included in the Tender package.
