Indian Day Schools Settlement update

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Indian Day Schools Settlement Project Coordinator, Louise Mayo, is unable to confirm status updates on individual claims until further notice.

The Project Coordinator is currently attempting to secure an alternative approach to assisting claimants. In the meantime, please contact the Deloitte Indian Day Schools Class Action Claims Administrator at 1-888-221-2989. Please request your identification number.

Any claimants who wish to receive any other assistance or information  (i.e. new applications, Executors, Administrators, or claim levels, or letters received requesting missing information) in regard to their settlement files can contact the Project Coordinator at the following:
