Effective immediately, community members can book for Vaccination

03/08/2021

The Kahnaw:ke COVID-19 Task Force wishes to announce that, effective immediately, registrations will begin for all community members 18 years-of-age and over wishing to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Full operation at the Vaccination Center (located at the Mohawk Bingo on Highway 138) will begin tomorrow (Tuesday). Although we will be vaccinating 5 days per week (Tuesday Saturday), spots will open up for three days at a time to ensure that each day is fully booked.

Those planning to receive the vaccine must do so by appointment. These can be made by using the Clic Sant form on www.kahnawake911.com/vaccine (the preferred method). A video of the booking process can be found on kahnawake911.com. Before your appointment, fill out the online Consent Form, print it, and bring it with you to help speed up the Registration process at the Vaccination Center.

Appointments can also be made by telephone at 450-638-3930 ext. 2295 or 2206. Please ensure that you have your Medicare card in hand when booking an appointment. Telephone appointments can be booked from Monday to Friday from 9-12 and from 1-4. If your call is unanswered, please leave a message and your call will be returned however there may be a delay due to the high volume of calls.

As previously stated, applicants should receive a confirmation by email that your appointment has been confirmed.

For those without a means of transportation, travel will be provided by contacting Medical Transport between 9am to 12pm noon and from 1pm to 4pm at 450-632-0424 after you have booked your appointment.
