Station Road Closure Notice

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that the Mohawk Bridge Consortium will be installing platforms under the Mercier Bridge today (Monday, March 22) from 7am until 5:30pm. This work requires the complete closure of the Station Road, parallel to the CP Rail tracks from the CP Tunnel to JoJo�s Nursery (outlined in red on the map below)

Drivers heading towards R-132/Clay Mountains and points east will have to use the CP Tunnel, and those heading towards town via R-132/R-138 west service road will be detoured via R-207.

The MCK reminds the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
