REMINDER - MCK gauging opinions on community meetings

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to remind the community that a survey was launched on September 13th, to gauge opinions of Kahnawa′kehr�:non regarding Community meetings, specifically during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The survey is anonymous and can be taken at www.kahnawake.com/meetings until this Friday, September 24th at 4pm.

The survey asks how community members feel about the different types of meetings that could be held with respect to the COVID-19 measures. The results of the survey will be tabulated and presented to the Ratits�nhaienhs. The opinions gathered will assist in their decision on how to move forward with engaging the community.

Background

As a result of restrictive gathering measures during the past 18 months it has been very challenging to hold in-person meetings, and it is clear that it will continue this way in the upcoming months. The last community meeting was held in February 2020.
