Mercier Bridge Overnight and Weekend Closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec that inspection and maintenance work will require the following overnight and weekend closures on the Mercier Bridge:

Thursday 9pm until 5am: partial closure of one (1) lane for inspection on the Kahnawake-bound span

Friday 9pm until 1am: partial closure of one (1) lane for inspection on the Kahnawake-bound span

Saturday 02:00 until Monday 05:00: complete closure of the Kahnawake-bound span along with the Airlie street entrance to R-138 west, with one lane available in each direction (counter-flow traffic), see map below.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the construction zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.
 
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
