Notice of asphalt installation on Route 207 south of Old Malone Highway

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the Community of the upcoming project to install asphalt on Route 207 in the area of Jacobs Commercial Center. The final grading will take place on Thursday, November 4th, with the installation of the asphalt scheduled for Friday, November 5th, weather permitting.

Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits. The roads affected will be closed to all traffic.

Shown below is a map of the general area.  The shaded area indicates where the works will take place.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression. In case of inclement weather, works will be moved to the following day(s) when the weather provides for suitable working conditions.
