MCK Housing Unit - Balance Statements of Accounts to be issued

The Housing Unit and Credit Management of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wish to inform all Social Housing Clients that Balance Statements of Accounts are being issued and should be received during February 2022.

This process allows Clients to see the status of payments and balances. Should a client be in arrears for payments, this provides the time to plan how payments will be paid to bring the account up to date.

Any Social Housing Clients who do NOT receive their Statements by the end of February should contact the Housing Unit at 450-638-0500 to ensure their file is up to date. The Housing Unit will conduct follow-up calls in March and April.

Those wishing to make rent payments can use the following options:

• Automatic Deposit Payments � for further details, contact the Housing Unit at 450-638-0500
• E-transfer to payments@mck.ca  (http://www.kahnawake.com/promo/Interac-eTransfersProcess.pdf)
• AccesD Online Bill Payments via Desjardins (Search �Mohawk Council of Kahnawake� when adding a bill)
• Check or money order in the mail and made payable to Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, P.O. Box 720, J0L 1B0.

It should also be noted that updated Statements are now planned to be sent on a quarterly basis. For further information, please contact the Housing Unit at 450-638-0500.
