Zoning Representatives at Services Complex

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that a representative will be in the lobby of the Kahnaw�:ke Services Complex (Post Office) on Thursday, 12 Ennisk�:wa/March from 9 am to 4 pm with the Guidelines Pertaining to Land Development in Residential Areas (Zoning Guidelines).

The Lands Unit representative will be available to answer questions and collect input on the guidelines before the end of the 30-day Public Consultation period. Community members have until Thursday, 9 Oneraht�kha/April 2009 to provide input or ask questions throughout this process.

�By being more visible, we hope to receive more community feedback on these guidelines,� stated Chief Marvin Zacharie.
