Mercier Bridge Detour Construction

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that the Route 132 westbound access to Route 138, which passes under the Mercier Bridge, will be narrowed to 3.3 metres wide beginning at 1am on Wednesday, March 25th.

Work on the left side of the road will continue over the coming weeks. The work is part of building a detour road in preparation for the Mercier Bridge re-decking project being carried out by the Mohawk Bridge Consortium.

All motorists are urged to exercise caution in this vicinity and to respect the signage.
