Electoral Officer Announces Election Dates

Electoral Officer Lindsay Leborgne is hereby announcing the dates for the various activities related to the 2009 Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke Elections:

1. Saturday, May 30: Nominations Day
2. Monday, June 22: Candidates Night
3. Saturday, June 27: Special Advance Poll
4. Saturday, July 4: Election Day

Details for the various activities will be announced in a timely manner through various means, including use of the various Kahnaw�:ke media.

The Electoral Officer is presently setting up office, which will be located in the former Ross Residence (across from the Youth Center). Until this is completed, please contact Dodie Gilbert at 450-632-7500 for any inquiries.
