Notice Regarding Special Advance Poll

Community members are hereby reminded that those wishing to participate in the Special Advance Poll on Saturday, 27 Ohiar�:ha/June must send their request in writing to Electoral Officer Lindsay LeBorgne. The letter should state the reason and must clearly identify the person(s) making the request.

Those interested should contact Mr. LeBorgne directly to make arrangements. All requests must be received by Wednesday, June 24th at 4pm (at least 48 hours prior to the Special Advance Poll date). Please ensure your request has a telephone number to ensure follow-up contact.

The Special Advance Poll will be held from 9am to 1pm at the Elections Office (Old Ross Building located across the street from the Kahnawake Youth Center).

The Election itself will take place on Saturday, 4 Ohiari�k�:wa/July at the Kateri School.
