Temporary CITSO Bus Stop for Clay Mountains

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is pleased to announce that a temporary CITSO bus stop is now available for residents living in the area of Clay Mountains.

The bus stop, which is located at the intersection of Adirondack Junction Rd and Clay Mountains, will be operational between 6 am to 9:30 am Monday to Friday.

All CITSO and Auger buses (with the exception of the #1 from Valleyfield), will now stop for passengers wishing to head over the bridge during the morning rush hour.

�We have received several requests from area residents asking for a bus stop in that area,� said Chief John Dee Delormier. �We discussed the idea of a temporary bus stop with CITSO, and they agreed to put one in place to help residents living in the Clay Mountain area. It will be extremely beneficial to students who attend classes in Montreal,� added Chief Delormier.

The temporary bus stop will remain in place until the re-opening of the 138 up ramp on the Mercier Bridge.
