Mercier 138 Down Ramp Closed for Weekend

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform all Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the 138 down ramp of the Mercier Bridge heading towards Chateauguay will be completely CLOSED to traffic from Friday, September 18th at 10 pm until Monday, September 21st at 5 am.

Mercier Bridge traffic heading towards Highway 138 (Chateauguay) must utilize the 132 down ramp towards La Prairie and transfer onto the Highway 30 detour to Chateauguay.

Mercier access coming from Chateauguay on Highway 138 is still available by using the existing detour access road under the Mercier Bridge.

Road users are encouraged to use the transit system or the Jacques-Cartier and Victoria Bridges on the South Shore due to an existing closure of two lanes on the Champlain Bridge.
