New Date Announced for Hearing

The Interim Legislative Coordinating Committee would like to inform all Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the hearing for a proposed Kahnaw�:ke justice system has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 4 Kentenhk�:wa/ November, at the Kahnawake Moose Lodge from 1 to 4pm.

The Kahnaw�:ke Justice Commission is using the new Community Decision Making Process to ask for a mandate to proceed in the creation of a Kahnaw�:ke justice system. A draft report on the 7 Kent�nha/October hearing has been posted on the Community Decision Making Process website (www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com).
