H1N1 Vaccination Clinics

The Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre in conjunction with the Kahnawake Influenza Pandemic Planning Committee have released the dates of H1N1 Vaccination clinics for the community of Kahnawake.

All clinics will be taking place at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

The schedule will be as follows, and we are asking that you respect the priority group days.

Friday November 6, 2009 (10am to 6pm)
For people who fall into the Priority group.
Infants 6 months to 5 years
Mothers of infants under 6 months
Immunosuppressed clients
Pregnant women
18 years and under with a chronic disease such as diabetes, cardiac, asthmatic, etc.

Saturday November 7, 2009 (10am to 6pm)
For people who fall into the Priority group.
Persons 19 to 65 years with a chronic disease such as diabetes, cardiac, asthmatic, etc.
Youth ages 5 to 18 years.

Sunday November 8, 2009 (10am to 6pm)
For people who fall into the Priority group.
Adults aged 19 to 65 years
Adults over 65 years of age.

Monday November 9, 2009 (10am to 6pm)
For all

Tuesday November 10, 2009 (8am to 4pm)
