Road work on Mercier Bridge this weekend

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that the Minist�re des Transports will perform repairs to the slab of the Mercier Bridge this weekend of May 14th through May 17th.

A complete closure of the Montreal-bound lanes will be necessary from 10pm Friday until next Monday at 5am. Please note that the access ramp from Airlie will also be closed during the work period.

During this period vehicles will use one lane in each direction on the Kahnaw�:ke-bound portion of the bridge. The lane width in each direction will be reduced to 3.3 metres.

These works were scheduled for last weekend, but were postponed due to rain.
