Membership on agenda for community meeting

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to remind Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the Spring Community Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 25 Onerahtohk�:wa/May at 7pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

Aside from Land Allotments, the only item on the agenda is Membership.

In order to encourage participation by as many people as possible, a modified version of the Community Decision Making Process will be used. For those unfamiliar with this, a brief explanation will be given at the start of the meeting.

While Membership was an agenda item at the previous Community Meeting in March, Chief & Council felt that it should be the only topic at this meeting due to its importance.
