Six-Plex Call for Tender

The Social Development Unit (SDU) Housing Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke has announced a Call for Tender for the Construction of a Six Dwelling Multi-Family Housing Building at the Mohawk Territory of Kahnaw�:ke.

Tender documents are available for pickup beginning Monday, October 25th at 1 pm at the office of the SDU.

All interested contractors will be required to provide a $150 deposit for the building plans which will be refunded upon return. Contractors will also be required to submit Bid, Performance, Material and Labor bonds.

The project must be completed by March 31st, 2011.

The sealed tender shall be submitted no later than 4pm on Friday, November 8th to the receptionist of the SDU. The SDU Housing Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
