Postponed Complete closure of Montreal-bound Mercier June 22nd to 26th

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform road users that due to the weather conditions, the Minist�re des Transports du Quebec (MTQ) has postponed repair work to the slab, planned from June 22nd to 26th on the Montreal-bound lanes of the Mercier Bridge.

However, during this period the MTQ will proceed with reinforcement work on the Kahnawake-bound span. Please take note that from Friday, June 22nd at 10pm until Tuesday, June 26th at 5am, traffic will be diverted to the Montreal-bound span with one lane in each direction.

Other major interventions on the Mercier Bridge are planned each week-end until mid-July. Details will be confirmed one week in advance.
