Reminder - Mercier Bridge weekend lane closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to remind motorists that the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec (MTQ) will close the entire Kahnaw�:ke-bound span of the Mercier Bridge from Friday, December 7th at 8pm until Monday December 10th at 5am for reinforcement work of the structural elements.

During this period, traffic will be rerouted to the Montreal-bound span with one lane open in each direction. The access ramp to the bridge from Airlie Street will be closed to traffic. A flagman will be on the site between 8am and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday to facilitate bus traffic.

These works will be repeated from Friday, December 14th at 8pm to Monday, December 17th at 5am. Other lane closures might be required for such work in the following weeks.

As always, work may be postponed due to weather conditions or operational constraints.
