Data Collection at the CP Rail level crossing on Route 132

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke has been informed that the Minist�re des Transports du Quebec will be conducting Data Collection at the CP Rail level crossing on Route 132 near Petro-T on Monday, December 12th from 10am to noon.

Under the Railway Safety Act, the information collected will be used to catalogue:
�    The width and length of each lane and the shoulder of Route 132.
�    The visibility/stopping distance to the level crossing
�    And the elevation/gradient of the roadway

There could be a slowdown to traffic in the area.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
