US Veterans Benefits Training Summit

The Mohawk Council of  Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is hosting a one day Akwes�sne U.S. Veteran�s Benefits Training Summit on Thursday, February 1, 2018, and is reaching out to all Kahnawa′kehr�:non and Kanesat�kehr�:non who have served in the United States Armed Forces to attend.

This event will help Veterans and their families become aware of the services available to them. Speakers from the Federal and New York State Veterans Affairs will be among the several presenters offering information and services to Veterans, such as assisting with filing or filling out of VA Forms.

The workshop will be held from noon to 6 pm at the Akwes�sne Housing Authority HUD Training Center, located at 378 State Rd. 37, Suite B, Hogansburg, NY, and is free and open to all Veterans and their guests. A meal will be served at the end of the workshop.
