Election Dates Announced

The Office of the Electoral Officer is pleased to announce several important dates for the 2018 Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke Elections.

  • Nomination Day - Saturday May 26, 10am to 12 noon at the Kahnaw�:ke Services Complex

  • Meet the Candidates Night - Wednesday June 27, 6pm to 11pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall

  • Special Poll Day - Saturday June 30, 10am to 12 noon at the Golden Age Club

  • Election Day - Saturday July 7, Polls open 9am to 6 pm at Karonhianonhnha Tsi Ionterihwaienstahkhwa School

The Electoral Officer would also like to remind the community of the importance of having the required documents and signers for the nomination process ready on Nomination Day.
