JCCBI to install new drainage pipes on the Mercier Bridge

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges Incorporated that they will be closing a section of the old Depot Road/Old Malone Highway, east of the CPR Tunnel, to install new drainage pipes for the Mercier Bridge.

Traffic will be diverted to a temporary detour road, with alternating traffic. Flagmen will be on-site for safety and to control the flow of traffic.

Work begins at 7am on Wednesday, November 13th, and continues until Thursday, November 14th at 2pm.
 
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
