Emergency Railway Repairs

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that the company Les Pavages Chenail Inc. will be carrying out emergency repair work on the level railway crossing on highway 132 at the boundary of Kahnaw�:ke.

The Works are scheduled to begin late Saturday night, October 25th and wrap up by 2pm on Sunday, October 26th.

As a result of the works, the traffic lights will be switched to a flashing red light, and lanes will be reduced to allow for repairs to the railroad tracks.
