IMPORTANT - Walk-In Vaccination Clinic continues for locals aged 12-17

The Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre and the Kahnaw�:ke COVID-19 Task Force are pleased to inform the community that the Mass Vaccination Center will be accepting walk-ins for those aged 12-17 on Monday, June 14, from 1pm until 6pm.
This walk-in clinic is for the second dose for those aged 16 and 17 who received their vaccine in April, and for those aged 12-17 who require their first vaccine.
IMPORTANT: Please note that many parents have stated they were not aware of the previous Vaccination Clinic for the younger age groups. Please pass on the information to those who have children.
Please note, those under the age of 14 will require parental consent. For more information and for an electronic version of the vaccination consent form, please visit the aforementioned website.
It is important to note that, even with the large percentage of community as well as Quebec being vaccinated, and returning to yellow zones, we need to remain vigilant and continue to follow all health and safety measures in place to protect our community
