Person tested COVID-19 positive possible contacts at Mattys Park

07/16/2021

The Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre (KMHC ) Local Public Health Team would like to advise the community that due to the complexity of this outbreak, our team is unable to identify all potential contacts of a recent COVID-19 positive case.

If you or your child was at Mattys Park on Friday, July 9th between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, we require you to contact the KMHC testing site for testing (450-638-3930 extension 2275 or 2296) and to self-isolate for 14 days (until July 23rd) in order to contain the virus as quickly as possible within our community.

Individuals who have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine (and therefore are considered protected) do not have to self-isolate, but must monitor for symptoms and get tested should any COVID-19 symptoms develop.

If you have questions regarding self-isolation or would like to identify that you or others were present at Mattys Park on the above date, please contact the KMHC Local Public Health team at 438-836-5278 or 438-836-4853
