Lot 106 Phase 3 water and sewer work begins

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the Community of the upcoming Water and Sewer works for Phase 3 of the Lot 106 Residential Development.

The work for this project is scheduled to start during the week of July 26th, 2021, and continue until the end of November 2021.

The works will include installing the water and sewer mains, water and sewer services for the 35 new residential lots, the installation of a surface drainage system, and the installation of the road base.

Shown below is a map of the general area. The shaded area indicates where the works will take place.
