MCK sends Letter of Condolences to James Smith First Nation

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that Oh�n:ton I:iente ne Ratits�nhaienhs (Grand Chief) Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer has sent a letter of condolences to the people of the James Smith First Nation in the aftermath of the indescribable tragedy that has befallen their community.

With the news that both suspects are now deceased, Kahnawa�kehr�:non are strongly supportive of the efforts now underway to promote healing that must take place for the people of that community.
