REMINDER - Meet the Candidates Night Tonight

The Office of the Electoral Officer wishes to invite the community to Meet the Candidates Night taking place Tonight (Thursday, October 27) at the Knights of Columbus Hall beginning at 6pm.

Candidates will have five (5) minutes to present their platforms to the community. This will be followed by a question-and-answer period. Candidate′s speeches will be available for viewing live over the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) Facebook platform and simultaneously broadcast for listening on K1037 Radio. The question-and-answer portion will not be broadcast.

There are three persons nominated for the 2022 MCK By-Election. Their candidacy was made official at noon on Wednesday, October 26, following due process by the Electoral Officer.

The By-Election will be held on Saturday, November 5, at Karonhian�nhnha Tsi Ionterihwaienst�hkhwa School gymnasium.
