30-day Feedback Period begins today for Draft Administrative Tribunal regulations

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Draft Regulations for the implementation of the Administrative Tribunal pursuant to the Kahnaw�:ke Justice Act are now available for the mandatory 30-day Feedback Period.

The Draft Regulations will be available for a 30-day feedback period beginning today, and ending on Monday, 13, Ennisk�:wa/March 2023.

Feedback can be sent to feedback@mck.ca, tonya.perron@mck.ca, or kevin.fleischer@mck.ca. Comments can also be dropped off in person to Kevin Fleischer at the Court of Kahnaw�:ke offices in the Village area, just a half block west of the Golden Age Club.
