Earth Month Clean-up begins April 1st

The Waste Management Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is pleased to announce The Earth Month Clean-up starting April 1 to April 30, 2023. This month-long clean-up event is in conjunction with the Call to Action for Earth Month.

How to get involved:

• Check out the new Kahnaw�:ke Dumping Tracker designed by The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office
• Enter the area you think needs to be cleaned or find an area on the Tracker
• Take before and after photos of the area you decide to clean and post them in the Dumping Tracker, send them to our Facebook inbox @Recyclinginkahnawake, or email them to Wastemanagement@mck.ca

All participants will be entered into a draw for a chance to win prizes, including Shop Kahnaw�:ke Gift Certificates, Locally Designed Skateboards, a Kayak or a Stand-up Paddle Board. Prizes will be drawn Monday, May 1, 2023.
