JCCBI Call for Qualification Kahnawake Contractors

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform local contractors that the Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) is putting out a Call for Qualification. This call is only for contractors from Kahnaw�:ke, that aren�t already included on JCCBI�s List of Qualified Contractors. This is the first step in the procurement process for the provision of the construction services required to maintain and repair the federal section of the Mercier Bridge and its approaches located in Kahnaw�:ke.

Subject to the term of the present Call for Qualifications, only contractors registered on the List of Qualified will subsequently be invited to submit a tender for the contract covered by this Call for Qualifications.

The deadline for receipt of the Qualification Files is November 2, 2023 at 3pm, Eastern Standard/Daylight Time.

While the MCK is not part of JCCBI�s Call for Qualifications* process, local contractors interested in participating can contact the Kahnaw�:ke Labor Office (KLO) at 450-632-9595.

* According to �Section 4 Qualification File� interested contractors must supply a �Mohawk Self Insurance (MSI) Number� for which the KLO can supply a letter stating that they are registered and in good standing with MSI.
