MCK payment window moves to new location at KOC

The Finance and Administration Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is informing community members that the payment window that was located at the main building will be moved to a new location in the Kahnaw�:ke Office Complex (KOC), effective Monday, January 22, 2024.

Aside from the new location, all details for the payment window will remain the same:

• All MCK-related payments can be made at the payment window (water & sewer bills, tickets & fines, housing payments, MSI, etc.)
• Open weekdays from 8:30am to 4pm, including lunch
• Acceptable forms of payments are cash, debit, credit, cheque, and online bill payments made through Desjardins AccesD

The move was deemed necessary to improve accessibility for mobile-limited community members, centralize the service for all areas of the community, and ensure adequate workspace for employees in both the Finance and Accounting Departments. As a result, the payment window can operate within proximity to its related departments, which were moved to the KOC in September of 2023.

The final day that payments can be made at the main building location will be Friday, January 19, at 4pm.

The KOC is located along the Old Malone Highway on the east side of the CP Tunnel, adjacent to the Route 132 access ramp to the Mercier Bridge.
